"Arrived 20th Sept departed 27th . The good bits first Booked a Deluxe Suite with private pool, half board , I suppose the real question is would we return and yes 100% we would . The Hotel was great and the room was the best we have ever had , the view and private pool were to die for .Food was very good although i think the breakfast was better than the evening meal .The buggys were fantastic and all the staff were great nothing to complain about , quite the opposite .I do think if your coming to this hotel if you can stetch to it get a private pool it just sort of puts the cherry on top of the bun .But all of the sea view rooms looked to have some sort of a decent view to us . All in all it was a fabulous holiday and we would certainly return . The few Bad bits and im nit picking !! In some reviews you read about a smell of raw sewage , im not saying these reviews are not correct but for us it was very over top , yes we had a SLIGHT smell not near our room but when taking the buggy up the hill to near the front of the hotel and sometimes while your outside at night in the main bar area ,But as soon as it came it went , i suppose you could be really unlucky and land a room in a part where it is more permanent but this isnt true for the vast majority of the area . The hotel for a COUPLE charges 30 euros to go to corfu town on its own bus , basically 7.50 euros single trip each way .Just outside the hotel ( hardly any walk ) you can jump on the local green ktel buses ( lovely bus ) and take the sames journey as a couple for 10 euros total , its 2.70 euros each way each . I do think the hotel is being rather greedy here in what it charges for their own bus . Personally people seem to like the beach , i thought it was very poor but obviously a fab view . The sunbeds are free and i should think they are personally . Near the beach is the white pearl resteraunt , we didnt eat there but it looked for us like a cheap bar esp with the iron railings safety barriers around it , surely those solid transparent screens like elsewhere in the hotel would make it look far more appealing to dine at .....i was surprised at that . The biggest disappointment for us was the entertainment at night as your basicallly trapped if you dont have a car as there is nothing else around bar a taverna on the beach . Some of the singers were of poor quality esp the duo on monday night the male really cant sing and should leave it to his partner . It was always singing with a saxaphone player thrown in and a greek night .You noticed people coming for a drink having an hour and then just drifting away the entertainment wasnt good enough to hold them .By far the best night was Saturday night when they had slightly more modern music but not club music , it was music a more upbeat designed to get you dancing and the feel around the bar was noticebly alot better .I think most nights their trying to be a bit to sophisticated and it isnt working , most people there are wanting to have a good time . For us more of the saturday night booking the odd greek night and some proper acts like fire eaters and magicians etc etc would go down a lot better around this area to say how remote the hotel is . Also main buffet resteraunt .......If you have soup what ever you do hold on to your spoon , as for whatever ridiculous reason spare cuterly isnt available to just use if needed . When you come to picking those lovely deserts we didnt have a spoon when one was needed and it was a real pain to have to keep asking for one . Why they dont set out with 2 spoons incase you have soup as a starter is beyond me and this is supposed to be a 5* . INFO The Hire boats on the beach are great around 120 euros + petrol for an afternoon or morning , i suggest morning as sea calmer and they tell you to go right as its more popular .If you want to snorkel ,DONT go right as its so busy go LEFT straight out the bay just around the corner is a lovely clear blue spot and shallow for snorkelling and i wish we had found that earlier , if we go back will deffo anchor up there . Take the Green KTEL buses much cheaper and routes are on google . the hotel shop and the one shop/supermarket outside the hotel are the same prices roughly , you might as well buy from the hotel shop .But the shop outside carries more options . Half Board .... we took a toastie maker as having the room we had with the pool we didnt use the beach , so just bought some sliced cheese and sliced ham . We had to check out at 11am and it was 90 euros for an extra 4 hours , which is really alot .So we checked out and went into corfu town for the afternoon on the Ktel Bus outside the hotel and it passed the time away lovely as we were being picked up at 5.30pm All in all a fabulous holiday and on the negatives im being ultra picky , i would go back in an instant if i was wanting a med holiday ."

"We came here for our honeymoon and we were apprehensive with the negative reviews but these proved to be absolutely false (in our opinion) ,if you've booked to come here, you are in for a treat. We had the best honeymoon possible the staff were amazing the food was superb, huge variety, a lot of different themed events, the kitchen couldn't do enough for you, everywhere was spotless. We could name so many individuals who went above and beyond like Pippa and Carlos but to be fair all the staff were amazing they remembered your name, actually took an interest in your day, gave helpful tips hugged us like were family members, it made it magical. We had a bottle of champagne on the house on arrival as it was our honeymoon which was much appreciated. Shout out to the Corfu beekeeping vasilakis where the yoga teacher takes you on a walk (it is steep you should go on a light meal not a heavy breakfast) and the honey was reasonable and tasted fabulous. The views were beautiful we had the balcony overlooking the sea we loved it and of course it was 36 degrees so the heat was epic but the air-conditioning was truly a life saver We did some excursions to the Achilleion palace, which was ok (however it was shut so that was a bit of a downer, so check its open or give it a miss). Paleokastrista was beautiful too, amazing waters and hot sands (a little busy for us but it was still good) and a boat trip around the island (beware to turn your signal off as the phone said we were in Albanian waters and charged us a fortune!!) where the sea was amazing turquoise greens blues just ideal!. Then to come back to the food and staff was delightful. Do not miss a chance to come here if possible you will come back again guaranteed! A huge thank you for making our honeymoon the best one we could have asked for."

"We had a great stay at this hotel in Corfu and really enjoyed our holiday! One of our favourite things about the hotel was the private beach, especially as the sunbeds were free to use. It was lovely being able to relax by the sea without having to worry about extra costs. We also really enjoyed the food and would definitely recommend going for half board. We found that the drinks we wanted were reasonably priced anyway, so we felt half board was the better option for us. All of the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the staff who drove the golf buggies up and down the hill — they were always so friendly and made getting around the hotel much easier! We paid extra for a sea view room, and it was absolutely beautiful. Waking up to the view was definitely worth it and made our stay even more special. The only downside for us was that there isn’t really much within walking distance of the hotel, apart from a couple of small shops and a pizza restaurant. If we were to visit again, we would probably hire a car so that we could explore more of Corfu and see some of the island. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider coming back!"
