"lolida hotel is up a steepish hill lots and lots of stairs everywhere not wheelchair friendly at all 27 steep steps from bar area to pool can get slippy actually quite dangerous I dont think u can access pool & bar area without encountering steps pools cleaned every day rooms nice & clean all areas of hotel kept clean most staff friendly all inclusive package not bad plenty food choice but it's your very typical all inc food choices lots of salad & bread oh and cakes juice choices ok if u like pepsi & Pepsi max diluting orange ,lemon, lime some local wines & beer snack bar during day 1 main choice each day then cheese & ham sandwich onion rings chips etc homemade ice cream available we didn't like it no ice lolly's all inc drinks at bar again the usual local cheap stuff gotta pay for the good stuff oh & gotta pay for bottles of water not included 2 small bottles left in the room fridge free we had a room with private small pool room nice these rooms are 401 to 405 pool is overlooked with rooms above u looking straight into the pool room is quite a walk away from reception up a steep un even slabbed path quite dark at night had to pay for pool table 2 euro sorry but gotta be the worst pool table ever old & needs replaced the cover is in a terrible state balls are in terrible state 3 balls missing & if u pot the white ball u dont get it back broken cues & no chalk did ask was told dont have any impossible to have a good game ping pong no much better & a cat who jumps on table and tries to play steals the balls quite funny "

"Very good experience! The hotel is beautifully renovated, and the rooms are nice, modern, and well refurbished. The food selection was wide, and everything was very tasty. We especially recommend trying the cakes, but maybe save them for the last day so you don’t get too carried away with them. :) The hotel has a very calm and pleasant atmosphere. The location is excellent — the beach is only about a 5-minute walk away. Near the beach, it is possible to rent a boat, which we also highly recommend during your trip. Training is provided on-site, and everything is very easy to understand. Pool towels were provided upon arrival, which was very convenient. We also really appreciated that guests did not reserve sunbeds by the pool, as often happens in other hotels. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bus stop is right next to the hotel, so getting to the city centre is very easy. Many thanks to the hotel staff for a wonderful stay!"

"2nd time staying at this stunning hotel. There has been a few changes to the hotel all of which are exceptional. The main 1 that stands out for us is the swimming pool. This has had a massive overall it looks beautiful and the depth is much better. It now has pool beds which are very welcome in the heat. There is also new day beds which set the tone of how beautiful this hotel looks. The pool is also a lovely temperature when you get in it and its not deep like it was last year its about 1.4m now Also the menu has been changed in the restaurant and snack bar. Nobody can tell me there isn't a good choice of food as there is something for everyone (even a fussy eater). Drinks are also plentiful with a choice of cocktails wines spirits beer & mocktails tea coffee & soft drinks. something again for everyone. Every member of staff we have had the pleasure to speak to has greeted us with a smile & hello. New for us is the entertainment, we've seen greek dancers & 2 singers which was very good. A few mentions Kiki as always on reception, Jenny at the bar in the day. 2 gentlemen at the bar (sorry I haven't got there name) but always happy to help with a smile and a young lady has also just started too. Staff in the restaurant 1 of which I think is called Spence and not forgetting our wonderful welcome from George. It was lovely to hear you say "welcome home" . The maids also work extremely hard especially in this heat. Cannot recommend this hotel enough so much so we've got a further 9days left and my son has also booked here for this September."
