"Stay away from this hotel. They lost/stole my friend's bags which she had left at the reception. They made up a bunch of lies when asked for reasons and they did not even have the decency to offer a compensation. I wrote a review on google, and they answered to me there in the comments saying to contact them. I sent them an email and of course they are keeping up this farce and they don’t answer. AWFUL SERVICE."

"Spent a week in this hotel. The view from the roof terrace across to the Acropolis is spectacular. Good: Views Not so good: I’d to check it was five star Bellboy was wearing an outfit three sizes too big and white trainers with loose laces, emblematic of issues in hotel Bathroom cleaning could have been better Shower cubicle leaked all over floor, other guests had the same issue (there’s an alcove in the bathroom for the shower tray/unit, but the tray/unit don’t fill the alcove, there’s a gap, and water leaks out. We’d to use our towels to soak it up and request new towels every day) Rooftop restaurant not cleaned sufficiently. At breakfast, there’s still French fries on the couches Tables not cleared quickly at breakfast so finding clean tables at breakfast. We’d to gather our own cutlery. Young staff on their phones, without obvious direction. This is not five star. The location of the hotel is problematic. Sure it’s close to the metro and tourist buses, and there’s a great restaurant across the street, but it’s a very run down area. We saw drug addicts smoking crack pipes near the hotel, and homeless people using a fountain for their ablutions. My colleague and I didn’t feel endangered at all, but the neighbourhood isn’t ideal."

"We spent 3 nights at this hotel before our cruise! This hotel was great close to the metro hop on and off bus ! The breakfast was good! Something for everyone! The staff was so helpful Niki from the concierge was so helpful please see she gets the recognition and praise she deserves"
