"I am currently staying in hote and l have Very disappointing experience at 360° Hotel Athens After I checked in, I politely raised my concern that the room provided did not match what I had booked or what was shown in the listing. The hotel staff handed me a complimentary drink voucher and told me, "Sir, our rooftop bar and restaurant open at 5:00 PM until late at night, and you can use this voucher for any drink." I accepted the voucher in good faith and put it in my bag, assuming it was a sincere gesture.Though I raise my complaint regarding room but accepting voucher was my only mistake Later that evening, my wife and I went to the rooftop restaurant for dinner. After finishing our meal, I presented the voucher while paying the bill. To my surprise, the restaurant staff informed me that: 1-The voucher could only be used until 6:00 PM, even though the restaurant opens at 5:00 PM. 2-If I wanted to use the voucher, I should have informed them before ordering because they would have provided a different menu. I was never informed of either of these conditions when the voucher was given to me. This experience was extremely embarrassing and frustrating. It was never about the value of a complimentary drink. I did not choose this hotel because it was inexpensive or because I could not afford my meals. I chose this hotel because I believed it was one of the best hotels in Athens and expected a high standard of hospitality and customer service . Instead of making me feel valued, the voucher felt like an empty gesture with undisclosed conditions. Being told after my meal that I should have ordered from a different menu left me feeling embarrassed and disrespected. Within just a few hours of checking in, I have experienced a room that does not match my booking and an unpleasant incident at the restaurant."

"What a great hotel! Room was clean and comfortable, well appointed, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was at the sister hotel which is the best breakfast I've ever had. Anything you can think of to eat while overlooking the Acropolis! Room is noisy due to the constant stream of tourists which tends to die down after 9PM but starts with vehicles in the morning around 7AM. Recommend this hotel."

"Had a lovely time in Athens and this hotel is great. Room was serviced every day. Reception staff always happy to help with any questions. Restaurant up on the roof was always able to accommodate my requests for a table, even when they were busy and I hadn't booked... great staff. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable. You are located on the square so opening windows not advisable as it's noisy but if closed this is not a problem thus dampens the noise very well. . Room has air-conditioning so it keeps room cool. The only thing I would suggest is put a better sign for the hotel reception. The building it is in is big and a bit confusing I can't remember how many floors it had but quite a few. I found the sign but this was for the Restaurant entrance and not the hotel side. The name is on top of the building and all along the bottom are other shops. I had asked in one of the shops where the entrance was for the hotel and the girl that worked there said she didn't know....it was next-door. I don't know it that was the truth or if she just didn't want to help. Oh well. I found it eventually as there is a matt on the floor at the entrace doors with the name 🤣 but not enough signs otherwise. Oh well. The only thing I did find a bit unsettling are the beggars sitting round the side of the building and rough sleeping there. One can see that Athens has problems. I some areas streets are very dirty and lots of graffiti everywhere which I was disappointed to see. Otherwise Athens is worth a visit and this hotel is great to get to all the tourist areas snd places you want to visit are in easy walking distances."
