"Average hotel, a water leak following a storm and the carpet remained soaked with water throughout the entire stay without anyone trying to mop it up and dry it afterwards, noisy dining room worthy of a school cafeteria, you have taken a dish and go get a glass or something else and barely back, the cutlery is already cleared away, red, white, and rosé wine from a draft tap, horrible. A cheap, bad bag-in-box wine from a discounter would pass for a grand cru."

"First I’ll start with the positives The hotel is in a great position overlooking the sea and a great quiet place for couples, the hotel is extremely clean and the staff are very friendly. Top marks for the extremely comfortable bed, hot shower and cracking A/C. €55 into the Center of Athens in a taxi which reception staff are happy to call for you. Now the negatives, the hotel really needs a refurb as it’s looking very tired but is hidden by the hard work of the cleaning staff. However the big downfall here is the food and drink. Very limited cocktail choices, 6 in total and the tap beer in the pool bar was so bad the waiter refused to serve it, soft drinks are cheapest brands with the cola totally undrinkable even as a mixer. The food however was awful, 6 to 7 hot choices at lunch or dinner, which were only ever like warm at best even when straight from the kitchen. Breakfast was the best of a bad bunch but the kitchen staff couldn’t even be bothered to separate the bacon before oven cooking it. Also never seen steamed broccoli or cauliflower for breakfast. Lunch and dinner consisted again of 6 or so like warm dishes, 2 of which were rice/pasta and veg. fish always overcooked, cheapest ingredients that were all batch oven cooked, bland sauces used to cover cheap meats. at best it was like a school canteen, at worst prison food. Then we come to the “bar snacks” after an early start we checked in just after lunch had finished, as we were famished so decided to head to the pool bar for a snack, first we were told half the menu had run out ( no more then 12 people at the pool) so we ordered the sausage baguettes, Greek salad and a portion of fries, only to be told it would be over €30, paid as we were so hungry but we’ve stayed at all inclusives all over the world and this is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in that charges for pool bar food. The “exclusive all inclusive snacks” were at the main bar and consisted of either apple pastries or bagels with the smallest scrapping of tuna in them. Luckily we found 2 good restaurants a 5 min walk away and had at least one meal a day in one of those In conclusion a very nice hotel to stay in as room only but do not pay thousands of pounds like we did for the all inclusive as this IS not an all inclusive"

"Hotel rated 5 stars but in reality it is a 3-star hotel as the services are mediocre, from the catering to the maintenance, cold pool water, old-fashioned entertainment, in short, to be avoided."
