"This was the worsted hotel we have stayed. The photos of the hotel website are false and miss selling. The property is in a very bad condition and horrible maintained. Is a hotel from hell. Broken furniture and fitted units. Cable’s hanging unsecured and not safe. Lifts badly maintained too scared to use, used the stairs instead. All doors in the property either broke with holes and big gaps, no closing properly. We couldn’t lock our bedroom door, Is like sleeping with no door, very unsafe. No hot water in the bathroom. Bedding not acceptable with different faded pillows. Stained bath towels. Under construction in part of the hotel with an unpleasant drilling and banging notices early in morning. Widows and outside doors were very dirty and webs hanging. Floors in corridors were cut up, lifted and put down temporarily, unsafe to walk on them, loose and uneven. All the floors and stairs were cracked and broken. Pool dirty and not in use. Umbrellas and pool furniture ripped and broken. Horrible breakfast, very little choice and dirty crockery and cutlery. No bar. Over growing trees and plants. Very unpleasant surroundings inside and outside the property."

"No lifts for rooms with pool view. Dirty curtains, and rude maid. Ceiling with cobwebs. For breakfast you have to pass from outside so if it's raining its not good. Hotel needs a good refurbishment. Arrived at 3.30pm and room was not ready yet."

"I was honestly disappointed with this hotel. The rooms were actually nice, clean, and recently refreshed, so that’s one thing they got right. Unfortunately, everything else felt neglected. Check-in took far too long, and the whole experience was impersonal. It felt like a chain hotel that no longer lives up to the standards you would expect from a hotel in that category. The pool was the biggest disappointment. The water wasn’t clear, which is something I’ve honestly never experienced before. Maybe it was because of the pool surface or another technical reason, but it looked cloudy and uninviting. There was also hair and debris collected around the water inlets, making it feel poorly maintained. The overall impression was that nobody really cared. There was no attention to detail, no pride, and no sense that anyone was looking after the property. Instead, it felt like the hotel was slowly being allowed to deteriorate while simply trying to maximize revenue from its guests. The rooms deserve credit, but they alone cannot make up for the overall experience. Even though we paid around €200 per night, I wouldn’t stay here again. In my opinion, this hotel is worth somewhere around €80–100 per night, but certainly not €200, and absolutely not €300. I would not recommend staying here unless the price reflects the actual quality."
