Leonardo Hotel Nurnberg

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and hotel are neat, modern and well suited. We had a couch on the room and the bed slept great. The shower and sink were a bit small. Breakfast has enough to choose from and tastes good. Big cups of coffee are also a plus. Downsides are that the neighbourhood exists of a lot of construction sites and broken down buildings. A parking place nearby is all rubble. Although it is located near (walkable distance) to city center, we didn't like walking here in the evening and felt not very safe. The view from the room window was to a broken down building were homeless people slept and we saw rats running there. And from early daily (+/-7:00) and in the evening a lot of noise from the construction/installation on the outside of the hotel and the workers who were noisy and seemingly drunk at the end of the day. Parking at the hotel costs €15 per night which seems a bit high. But almost compulsory because of the situation on the streets."

"When arriving the hotel I first thought I typed a wrong address. The whole area looked abandoned, a lot of buildings either under reconstruction or maybe demolition. But the hotel itself is in a good condition. My room was small but comfortable and as it was Christmas time I have got small present in form of chocolate and ginger bread. There is a small paid enclosed parking behind the hotel so the car was safe over the night. The city centre is in the walking distance. I was satisfied."

"We stayed two nights,,on a drive through trip from Nurnberg to Munich.Good quality Hotel,,cleanliness was excellent.Well appointed rooms,,quiet and modern.Amenities provided.Good quality breakfast choice and hot foods,which were topped up. I found the bathroom a little cold,,as the heat lamp wasnt enough to heat up the whole space. It was nice having free water ,upon arrival in the room. The area is run down,,however the Hotel doesnt reflect this at all.Friendly staff.Have stayed here before,,would stay here again.Thankyou."
