"I stayed with friends for a weekend for Oktoberfest. Upon our arrival (late afternoon) they gave us the room key. Too bad that we opened the door and found unmade beds and wine bottles left on the table…. Great start! They changed our room, but it was even worse: the beds were made but full of hair and fur. They are changing this one for us too. Finally an “organized” room but not thoroughly cleaned. Traces of tobacco, dust, and still some hair. Will it end here? No, because they forget to change our towels. At the reception they apologize and offer us breakfast. Receptionists always very kind and helpful but the problem lies upstream. Will we return to give it a second chance? Who knows…."

"We were at the hotel for 4 nights. It is an absolute low-budget hotel. It is attractively priced but..... For us, the TV did not work (but was repaired), room service was partially "forgotten," one day we could not get into the room because the battery in the lock was dead (a technician had to be called), the entire staff barely speaks German, rooms were otherwise okay, cleanliness only superficial."

"We had booked a room with a kitchenette for three guests, but on arrival we were allocated a much smaller room without a kitchenette. This was quite disappointing, as it did not match our reservation and was not suitable for three adults. We also found bugs in the room, which negatively affected our stay. In addition, housekeeping was only provided once during our five-day stay. For the remaining days, our room was not cleaned, and we were left using the same towels without replacement. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations. The room allocation, cleanliness, and housekeeping service could all be significantly improved to provide a better experience for guests."
