"Great property within a 10 minute walk to the large Ostbanhoff train station, where you can catch public transit to just about anywhere. The room was clean and functional, and the buffet breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts you’ll ever experience."

"We stayed at this hotel for Oktoberfest and to tour the Munich area. We found that it was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to go via public transportation. There is an U-bahn station within easy walking distance of the hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the free tea, cappuccino and hotel chocolate and the breakfast each morning was wonderful. One night we ordered steaks from the restaurant (which is kind of odd because you have to order from the bartender) which were surprisingly delicious. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Munich."

"Upon checking into my room, I was shocked to find stains on the bedding, unknown bodily fluids, and toenail clippings on the floor. This is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a Marriott. Even worse, housekeeping staff did not attempt to address the situation until two days later, long after the damage had been done to my experience. Adding to the frustration, when I asked a staff member named Symbat where I should park, her response was rude and dismissive: “Do you see the cars? Park where the cars are.” This was said despite the signage clearly stating the area was reserved for apartment residents, which left me more confused than helped. Between the unsanitary room conditions, delayed cleaning response, and rude staff behavior, this stay was incredibly disappointing. Marriott is a brand I’ve trusted for years, but this property did not live up to even basic standards of cleanliness, professionalism, or guest care. I cannot recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made."
