"Excellent location, lovely apartment. I was concerned when we were in the apartment which was across the courtyard, however I didn’t need to be concerned as it felt very safe and was well lit. The key on my phone worked every time. The apartment was very quiet and I slept on the sofa bed which was very comfortable. I would def recommend this apartment"

"We stayed at Koos twice in 2 weeks but the experiences could not have been more different. Our first 3 night stay was in a building behind the kitchen across a courtyard. The apartment was dark, poorly equipped for kitchen appliances and services and had no atmosphere. It did not resemble the advertised promotional features at all. The remote keypass on our mobile devices frequently were faulty and the manager would only allow us one keycard to use so we had to travel together all the time. The second 3 night stay was entirely different. We stayed in a beautiful clean, light and airy apartment (like the promotional photos) in the main building above the reception. The rooms and kitchen were beautifully appointed and we had lovely open views. Our key passes worked every time. The neighbourhood is very convenient for all forms of public transport and walking distance to the main Hbf. There is petty crime in this area so keep alert and your belongings safe."
