"We were pleased that we were able to travel directly from Munich airport to a local S Bahn station. It was then possible to walk a short distance to the hotel through an underground shopping area. The room was a good size and clean. The public areas of the hotel were very pleasant. In particular, the bar area was an enjoyable experience. All the staff were good. We would definitely stay here again."

"I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property from [insert dates]. Unfortunately, our experience fell far below expectations, and I believe it’s important to bring these issues to your attention. Firstly, the hotel itself appeared quite dated and poorly maintained, which was not reflected in the photos or descriptions provided online. Although breakfast was included in our booking, we were refused entry on the first morning due to an apparent error in your guest database. The staff member on duty — a man with glasses (long name) — was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of verifying the information or apologising for the mistake, he was quick to dismiss us and “kick us out.” Even after realising the error, no apology was offered for the inconvenience and embarrassment caused. Additionally, the housekeeping service was highly disruptive and inconsistent: • Cleaners entered the room early in the morning without proper notice, knocking once and then unlocking the door with a master key — a serious breach of privacy and safety. • This also happened to our friends staying in another room, indicating a broader issue with staff conduct and training. • Our room was not cleaned on the first night, and tea/coffee supplies were not replenished during the stay. Overall, breakfast quality was average, and the overall service throughout the hotel was among the poorest we have experienced. It genuinely felt as though the staff did not care about guest comfort or professionalism."

"It has been a few years since i stayed at this property however and quite impressed with the changes. The location is good to access the S bahn for us to get to the the Octoberfest grounds but downtown is walkable to Marionplatz for the more adventurous. (estimate roughly 30 min walk) The rooms were clean, modern, comfortable and staff were great. Breakfast was very good however the environment was not great simple due to noise level when it is busy. The only real downside to this property were the elevators with some wait times bordering on ridiculous. Three of the four elevators were operating but the are so slow compared to most."
