"Stayed her for one night. Proximity to train station was good since had to leave early in the morning to go to the airport. Rooms are pretty basic but adequate. Breakfast was ok. Ok for price I paid for what I needed."

"I never write reviews... this place is the WORST hotel experience I've ever had. The WORST service... actually NO service at all. No air conditioning. Rude counter people. We didn't roll into this experience acting like a-holes... but we sure did get treated like one. If you stay here... don't say I didn't warn you. Avoid, avoid, avoid."

"The beds are comfortable and the hotel is clean. The front desk staff, housekeeping staff and restaurant staff are wonderful. The breakfast selection is great with plenty of choices hot and cold and two coffee machines. The bartenders are hit and miss. One night he knew what he was doing, another night they obviously just had someone there that was a not a bartender. If it was not on his list with ingredients, he flat out refused to make it in the way Germans can do sometimes, even if you showed him he had the ingredients right in front of him, not on the list "no"! The A/C here is not good, your room will be hot and stuffy if it's over 75 degrees out. It acts like it wants to work, you can even feel a cool grate where cold air is trickling, but that's about it. The location of this hotel is great, close to lots of good places to eat and explore on foot, and also close to metro stations that you can take all over Munich, as we did for 3 days. I would stay here again only if the temperatures were mild/cool/cold due to the poor air conditioning."
