Eden Hotel Wolff

"We stayed here for four nights as a central base to get around Munich. With all public transport options at your doorstep, it is an ideal location. My only complaint was the constant rumble of the trams, 24/7. We were overlooking the road and station so coped the noise. It maybe quieter on the otherside of the hotel. The staff were fabulous, some of the best we have come across, friendly and incredibly helpful. Cleaning was impeccable. You would always see areas being cleaned. Well done staff. The room we had was spacious enough, with a small sofa and desk but no specific place for suitcases. The bed was incredibly comfortable and AC efficient enough. The only thing that let it down was the tiny bathroom with a shower over the bath. We particularly liked the electric shutters, it helped make the room very dark at night. There is a gym and wellness area on the 7th floor but it has limited facilities. The gym has two cycles, two treadmills and one cross trainer. There is a weight machine but it was broken, with cables and pulleys scattered on the floor. The sauna opened at 4pm and was very good, other than that, there isnt much else. No one is manning the area, so no massages or any other sort of spa treatments. I think the hotel tries hard and should be considered for short stays."

"I was completely satisfied. The staff at the reception and in the breakfast room were consistently very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet is very good. My room was quiet, facing the inner courtyard – despite the central location directly opposite the train station and in the middle of the city center, I was able to sleep wonderfully with the window open. The bed was very comfortable. I particularly liked the atmosphere of the house: It breathes history and combines the charm of a traditional building with pleasant, personal service. Gladly again!"

"Our stay at Eden was great, the room was big, very clean, comfortable bed and great stay, especially the Filipino lady at breakfast, she was always smilling and pleasant. The location was very convenient. Would stay here again."
