"This hotel had private parking (but limited space, so you need to book it if you want to park underneath the hotel, it's not cheap though: €25 per night/day). We were happy with the aircon during the heatwave. Room is spacious, has a nice decor, some wear & tear, a desk, closet, safe, couch, kitchenette with an extra table and chair so you can dine in. We booked 2 rooms, 1 was a queenbed with shower/bathtub combination with a curtain (really old fashioned I was say) facing the back and the other had twin beds with walkin shower and front streetview. The darkening curtains had too many cracks to let the sunlight in. It is not soundproof at all, we heard neighbors rearranging furniture, talking loud, slamming doors, vacuuming in the hall, trains and tram sounds. Also the fridge makes sounds, 1 room had a squeaking bathroom door, so I slept with earplugs in. The pillows are medium. First impression was the lobby, which was nice, but the toilet was dirty there. There is no room cleaning for stays under 6 nights, but needed amenities can be provided when asked. On the last day the key didn't work at 10.45 am (checkout is until 11.00 am), so felt like we got kicked out, we were only walking back and forth to help the other family members with luggage. All in all I would still recommend this hotel as other hotels closer to the city center are very expensive in Munchen and this location was good enough for us."

"The hotel's got a nice vibe, feels comfy, and the facilities are top-notch But, it would've been way nicer if there was someone to help with the bags and if they cleaned the rooms more often These little extras would really up the ante on the stay"

"We stayed for a week, 2 adults and two children in a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious enough for us all. The bed and sofa bed were quite comfortable. I picked it partly because of the location. There was a tram stop just outside and it was only 3 stops from main train station. Everywhere was within an easy reach as a result. There was a Lidl two stops away and we stocked up on food there. There is another shop just a few minutes walk away. We didn’t avail of breakfast as a result. The kitchenette was well equipped but as a family of four and with only 4 of everything, we had to wash dishes each time we used them. Washing machines were available in the basement which were easy to use as you could chose the language. The drier instructions were in German."
