"We stayed here during the Christmas markets and while the location was good, we had a concerning experience with housekeeping. After leaving our room for breakfast and returning shortly after, we found the cleaner using my personal phone charger to charge her own phone. It wasn’t already plugged in, she took it off a table. This was done without permission and involved my personal property. This is unprofessional and inappropriate, and it negatively affected our sense of privacy and trust during the stay. Management should address staff boundaries and training, as this is not acceptable in a hotel setting. I brought it to the attention of management, but nothing was done, except “thanks for letting us know”."
