"Staff were top notch, friendly and helpful in every way. Rooms were extremely clean, beds comfortable. Furnishings in the family suite were a bit dated but that did not detract from the charm of the hotel. As an American, we found the lack of AC a bit of an issue in June. It was cool outside but there were no screens on the windows so leaving them open was not an option. Breakfast was a nice bonus. The ladies at the restaurant were very kind and accommodating. Coffee was excellent and options were plentiful. Train station was very close and convenient to access. Location was nice and quiet. Quaint biergarten right on the corner. Neighborhood was quiet and lots of restaurants in walking distance. Overall, wonderful stay! Wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend to others."

"It was my second stay (and the last ever) in this hotel. The parking is absolutely too small and guests are left alone to fight for space (which happened to me before the departure).... The breakfast is average quality and disappointing. We could compare with other hotels in Lehel with better quality and easier parking."

"Wonderful place where to stay, to relax, to catch nature and season beauty. Almost in the center of Munich but feels like in a country side. English Garden is around a corner with lake, flowers,birds. Hotel is amazing, cozy, quite, nice, elegant and with a personal touch of the owners who serve you delicious breakfast."
