"The room door works by PIN code. Ours stopped working in the Middle of the nighytt and we couldnt get in during the night. No staff were to be found anywhere in the hotel, we ended up staying the whole night in the hotel lobby. An absolutely miserable experience as and I could not recommend it any less."

"For the 9th time we where in Munchen for the Oktoberfest. We have stayed for the 8th time in this hotel. I think that this will say enough! This hotel has good twin bedded rooms with a bathroom where the douche is very good."
