"​I stayed here for two nights, and for a short stay, it’s actually not bad at all for the price. I definitely wouldn't choose this hotel for a long vacation, but for a quick road trip where you just need a place to crash while exploring Munich, it works well. ​The highlight is the convenience. The self-checkout/check-in system is seamless. There is a Penny supermarket right underneath the hotel, so you can easily skip the hotel breakfast and grab snacks there. Also, save your money on the €15/day hotel parking—you can park on the street for free. Another huge plus is that the hotel is genuinely wheelchair accessible, which is rare for budget places. ​The main downside for me was the cleanliness. I keep a spotless home, so I have high standards, and this felt like a 3 out of 5. It was clean enough to sleep, but the bathroom/shower area didn't look inviting enough for me to want to use it. ​Final Verdict: Just make sure to book directly on their app to get the actual budget price, as other websites list it for way more! 70 out of 100."

" My stay at B&B Hotel München City-Ost in June 2024 was excellent. We chose it for its calm location, and it was perfectly peaceful, providing a quiet escape from the city buzz. While the airport and central station are a bit of a distance, Munich's public transport system is very efficient, making travel easy with a little planning. "I booked a stay with this hotel months in advance. Unfortunately, as our travel date approached, my wife fell ill and was advised against traveling. I contacted the hotel to cancel or reschedule on medical grounds, but they denied both requests. As a result, I lost all my money. I find this approach very inhuman. There should be policies in place to accommodate unforeseen circumstances."
