"Basic, clean & tidy hotel. Breakfast OK. At least a 10 to 12 minute walk to the nearest U-Bahn & then 10 mins into city centre. They will not however let you check-in before 15;00 even if the room is available, unless you pay €15 which I have never had before & found rather strange."

"Shocking customer support, cancelled our long standing booking at last minute, said they were fully booked (websites said otherwise) left us with nowhere to stay. Claimed it was due to a credit card issue.... cancelled before they even contacted me, so no chance to give them a card."

"Booked 5 months ahead as on a family road trip with a dog. They sent a confirmed booking email saying pay on check in, but the day before we arrived I see an email cancelling our booking as the credit card given to them 5 months ago had been replaced. I contacted them immediately offering another card, but they said they were full. All bizare, why didn't they just ask me for another card, even more bizare I went on line to get another hotel, and the hotel was available..at a higher price. Our price was quite good. No idea what was going on with them, but clearly they do not care about their guests, or the situation we were left in."
