"There are many many hotels in Munich, choose a different one from Hotel Andra. I paid for two nights here in error because the name was similar to the hotel I had booked. Because I was on my way to Munich from Rome, I asked a German friend to phone Hotel Andra the day before to cancel the room and get a refund. My friend to,d me she thought the person at reception could not understand German. I then wrote to the only available email address in German and English to explain. Hotel Andra did not have the courtesy to make any reply. I went to the hotel and saw someone face to face in reception. The ‘someone’ refused to give me their name, refused to give me the name of the manager and refused to contact the manager for me. €170 paid and exactly nothing, not even courtesy, given in return."

"This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The carpets contained stains throughout, there was a foul odor wafting in the room and hallways, and most importantly there was mold all throughout the bathroom, which posed health and safety concerns. I’m not sure why or how this hotel is rated as high as it is but I refused service and ended up booking another hotel for the duration of my stay. Reception would only offer other rooms instead of a full refund. Fine if you’re solo traveling and looking for something inexpensive in a close location to city center and you don’t plan to stay in your room at all but I personally would not recommend anyone stay here."

"Nothing more than a hostel called a hotel Overcharge it has to do with the conference in town. This place isn’t worth a fraction of what they are charging two nights two rooms 4700 USD this place isn’t worth $25 a night. It is disgusting and not fit for a humans."
