"We stayed for 4 nights. The location is very central to be able to walk to all the sites in Munich, yet is in a quieter location. We were in room 401 which was a larger room, with a separate dressing area, and a lounge chair in addition to the bed. It has an elevator to the floors so easier for luggage. We could open the windows for fresh air and to hear all the bells. The bathroom was large enough with a shower that you need to step up into. The room had a small combination safe that was not working however the staff did provide us with the key to lock it. Two requests - please provide tissues and face cloths."

"Wonderful location near Marienplatz and getting around Munich. The rooms were very spacious, simple but clean. Would recommend for a budget hotel in a great area."

"The hotel is basic and I wish I had read more reviews before booking. Very few facilities in the room - no tea/coffee making and very limited storage. We tripped over suitcases all the time. Flooring is utilitarian and walls just painted with marked areas . Tiny bathroom. It was clean and there was hot water. If location is important then this hotel is central and part of the old town feel, but we would not return."
