"Muhammed, Alex and Robert are outstanding I have travelled the world and stayed everywhere from simple campsites to world renowned luxury hotels, but nowhere outdoes the staff of the Ruby Luna and in particular the service of Muhammed, Alex and Robert. They are always ready with a smile and a joke and all the humanity in the world. It is worth going to this hotel for the service alone!"

"Very nice hotel, with attention to detail and the environment. Refined and modern design. Courteous staff. Too bad about the breakfast management; during peak hours, you notice the flaws of a completely disorganized staff. There is no dining room manager to lead the team; everyone does a little bit of everything and they lack an overall view of what is necessary and a priority. This way, you find tables that need clearing while customers are waiting (we cleared ours ourselves), a lack of food replenishment (the scrambled eggs and water were not replenished in the 35 minutes we remained in the dining room), and only one waitress taking orders and serving, so she tells you there is a line to get a coffee from the bar (in the end, we got impatient and went to get it elsewhere)."

"We stayed at the hotel for the Backstreet Boys concert, and we had a fantastic experience! It’s a great hotel with a young, lively atmosphere. The hotel bar is inviting, fun, and a great place to relax. The rooms are lovely, modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We especially loved the Marshall amplifiers in the rooms — such a cool touch that adds to the atmosphere and the hotel’s unique style. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. Breakfast was also very good, with a great variety of options. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We’d be happy to come back!"
