"Clean hotel, friendly staff, Simple self-check-in, breakfast has most of what you need."

"Location is good. Airport is 15-20-minutes transfer. Self-service check in is straightforward but staff on hand to assist. Staff very friendly and as a non-German speaker, they were able to fully assist. Room was basic, but clean and tidy. TV and safe only (no fridge/mini bar/ice machine but that was ok). Shower was really good, fully integrated into the room. Plenty of really nice smelling toiletries. They offer an option of no room clean in exchange for 2 free drinks from the bar. We opted for this given only in 2-nights. We didn’t try any food from the restaurant (didn’t take breakfast), but it looked well-stocked. Was a little noisy at night (our room overlooked an outside drinking space) but didn’t go on too late. Would recommend this hotel. Price wise, we went when a major music event was on, so likely a bit of surge pricing going on but still felt was not too expensive."

"Pathetic service - look at the mail! I receive a corrected invoice 5 months later with the explanation the invoice was corrected because the tax in Germany was adjusted 9 months ago. Of course, the wrong (old) invoice was processed as part of my company's travel expenses. This is NOT acceptable."
