Holiday Inn Express Dusseldorf City

"This was the first hotel we stayed at as part of our inter railing holiday to Scandinavia - the room was spacious with a fantastic powerful shower which after a long journey was excellent. All the staff were friendly helpful and professional and the breakfast was generous and wholesome- we also liked the city of Dusseldorf and wished we had planned to stay longer there"

"The staff isn’t read anything you write, reject immediately, you are writing again, rejected again without any explanation. Its too easy to lose a customer and they are doing it perfectly. I won’t stay anywhere near this hotel or any other branch of them."

"Group of 6 staying over for a social weekend of beer and sausages. Staff super pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy as was the rest of the hotel. Facilities you’d expect plus the addition of a free safe in room to keep valuables locked up. Bar area was great and we took full advantage of the happy hour between 5-7pm. We tried the pizzas which were good but didn’t bother with the breakfast. There’s a great coffee shop and a convenience shop a couple mins walk away. The view opposite isn’t the most alluring but let be honest that’s not what you pay for. All in, I’d deffo stay again."
