"We stayed here 26-29 Dec. Would have booked a 1 bed apartment if we’d have know that the sofa bed was actually a ‘twin bed’ set up. We opted for a two bed not knowing this and requested the top floor (3rd) for a good view. The team accommodated this without any issue. Very clean and warm. No issue with noise inside. Beds very comfortable! Staff also very friendly and helpful. Greeted with a glass of complementary mulled wine on arrival. Great location. Could do with a bit more storage and hooks. We stayed in 308. Great size and made use of the kitchen facilities for tea. Would stay again without hesitation."

"Had a wonderful stay here in Berlin. We went to see the xmas markets and really enjoyed the stay. The positioning is great for local restaurants and a few bars, and a short walk to the hop on hop off bus stop at Checkpoint Charlie. The flat was clean, and warm and had all the amenaties needed for a 4 night stay. The staff were all very helpful and always so polite and cheerful. I would recommend a higher floor if you are staying over the weekend though. We had a silent street until Friday when the local revellers came out and made a fair bit of noise outside."

"These apartments are spacious, clean and comfortable. We had two apartments over three nights due to an issue with a room. We had a one bed for the first night and our son had a single sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom was 'jack and jill' so with access doors from both the bedroom and lounge. The main bed is a super king size, with a firm mattress. Each bedroom has a safe. The second evening we moved to a two bedroom apartment, which was originally booked. These apartments are huge, with two big bedrooms. One has a TV and balcony. Two points to highlight: 1) The staff here are AMAZING. They are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. You are welcomed like friends/family. There's a small desk at reception, which closes into a cupboard. There is a luggage storage room, which the staff will help you with and give you a collection ticket for. They gave us two room key cards too. There was an issue with the set up of the first night's apartment and they got it sorted quickly and efficiently. Brilliant, kind, helpful people! 2) I was trying to find reviews that included info about the curtains - as they look thin in the photos - and also the technology/air con in the apartments. So I'll tell you about both! Curtains: each window has black out curtain/s behind the white thin voile curtain. They have plastic pullies so you can pull them across easily. This we found is enough to block out light. But if you want to, there are blinds outside the windows which are controlled up and down from controls near lights on wall. There are photos of this. Air con: There isn't what you'd call traditional air con but what is there is better! There's what we realised is the main room light/air circulation unit that is controlled by the main light switch and a control which is in a wooden base in each room. We've never seen this technology before (see photos). It's basically on the ceiling and a white ridged unit surrounding the light. When it goes on, it pulls air up and recirculates, cooling the room. Each main lounge area also has a Dyson standing fan which you could use in spring/summer. We didn't need to. Kitchen: Smeg kettle and toaster, Nespresso machine with two caffeine coffee pods and two decaf. They give you expresso size coffees. Tea and two I'd guess 200ml milks on arrival in fridge. If you need more, ask at reception. Plenty of crockery/cutlery and a dishwasher. We had three dishwasher tablets provided in sink 'mate' with washing up liquid, cloth and dishcloth. NB - don't try to find milk past about 4pm on Sunday as no places that sell it are open. Absolutely recommend saying here!"
