    Home to five museums featuring a fascinating collection of art and other historical artefacts, Museum Island is a UNESCO World Heritage site on the River Spree. You can pay for individual entry if there's a specific museum you want to visit, or buy a pass if you want to tick them all off. They're also hugely impressive just to admire from the outside. 

    East Side Gallery

    Spanning 1316 metres, the East Side Gallery is the world's largest open air gallery and contains the longest remaining section of the Berlin Wall. Its eclectic array of murals has transformed a symbol of separation into one of hope, resilience and creativity. It's a great place to learn about the history of the city as well as to take pictures of the many works of art.
