"Lovely hotel, in a good location. The breakfast was lovely with a good variety of options which was constantly being replenished. The room was a good size, pleased that there was a lot of good surface space for our toiletries. All staff were friendly and helpful."

"We went as three couples Mum & Dad with our two children & their partners. So three separate double rooms. The hotel is ideally situated to view the city. It's a thirty minute walk to the Brandonberg Gate & forty minutes to check point Charlie. Around & about the hotel is a nice park area & your close to the city Zoo. There's a train station 15 minutes away where you can go absolutely anywhere. The hotel has excellent facilities pool, sauna, steam room & gym. A bar area to meet & get a drink before heading out. The breakfast is of really good quality and plentiful the staff were vigilant and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel our daughter's room had a couple of small issues which were attended to by the maintenance team excellent effort over the festive period"

"Would stay again. Staff were exceptional. From check in to restaurant, bar staff etc they were all very friendly and helpful. Gave advice on public transport options. 200 bus right outside hotel is great and goes to all the main tourist spots. Room was very nice and quiet with tea/coffee making facilities and cleaned every day with fresh towels provided . Breakfast selection was superb."
