Mercure Hotel Berlin Wittenbergplatz

"We just spent 4 nights here. Great location, literally across the road from wittenburgplatz train station and about a 10 minute walk to the zoo. Lots of shops up the road and restaurants next door or a bit further down. Room was very clean, and they were very accommodating with our 3 year old. They had already set up a travel cot in the room and put us on a lower floor with better access. Lady at reception (sorry can’t remember your name!) was lovely and gave us many recommendations during our stay. Bed was very comfortable. The only negative would be I feel like the duvets were too small for a queen size bed (I think they were two single quilts and felt very thin) but apart from that it was perfect. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in."

"Loved this hotel. Perfect location, rooms were gorgeous and had everything you need. Cleaners do a fab job. Marina on the front desk was a credit to the hotel; so very helpful and lovely. Always greeted with the biggest smile and enthusiasm. Nothing was too much trouble."

"Really friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms with an excellent all you can eat breakfast. Only minus point was that there was no internet/ Netflix etc on the TV, only a couple of English news channels. Hotel is located right in the main shopping area right next to the U-Bahn station. I would not hesitate to stay here again when in Berlin."
