"Pure and simply the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, it’s absolutely horrific. There is absolutely nothing positive about the place, even in the 1980’s this would have been tired so you can imagine what’s it like now. Arrived to find every single bit of glass at the front of the hotel smashed, we were told it had been like that for one month, that says absolutely everything you need to know. Avoid at all costs"

"stayed here whilst attending a two day music festival at citadelle spandau, hotel is a few mins walk from siemensdamm u-bahn station, which is just a few stops from the venue, so nice and handy. nice hotel, friendly front desk, they were able to sort out an issue with the room safe immediately after notifying them about the issue (just needed new batteries). didn't eat there because the bar and restaurant was closed for the weekend for some reason, but there is a fridge in the lobby and snacks, so we could enjoy them at the small outdoor pool area. room was fine, even had a small balcony, dead handy for the nitecap and last cigarette of the night. good value for money, would stay again for sure."
