Klassik Hotel Berlin

"Sadly it has come to this after Hotel Klassik Berlin won’t answer me anymore. I upload this message to different plattforms to get an answer from the hotel. Wish me luck. When I booked Hotel Klassik Berlin on Booking.com, the ad looked beautiful. Me and my girlfriend was exited. After I booked and paid, I got a message from the hotel that said that they have facade construction and that it is obstructing the views. In Berlin there is plenty of hotels to choose from, therefore we choose this hotel because it seemed it has nice view. The ad on booking.com did not mention anything about a construction. If we would have known that, then we would never have booked the hotel. I think a lot of people feel the same. I don’t want to live in a construction zone on my long anticipated vacation. When I asked for free cancelation on the grounds of false marketing, they declined it and gave no reason to my claim. I tried to reason and to see eye to eye with them but they did not answer. Our trip is getting closer and I don’t want to stay at this hotel because of the reason above. It is not right that I or anyone should pay cancelation fee of false marketing. Therefor I ask again publicly for a free cancelation for me and everyone that has fallen for your false marketing and your bad customer service"

"Decent, but not great. The staff is incredibly rude. Rooms are decent but not great and a bit on the noisy side. It is the location that makes it worthwhile. If you are wanting to see the REAL Berlin which is the East for history buffs then it is one of the choices. I would not choose again."

"It is clean and comfortable for the price. We came from the border specifically to take the Chef Tour in the neighbourhood, and the location was great. A nice, decent comfortable hotel. It is not 5 star luxury, but it is a good choice for the area."
