"Very poor service. No restaurant in the evenings and staff on duty would not serve at the bar for some strange reason, even though there were 2 staff members present, both of whom were not busy with other tasks at all. Not impressed at all. Apart from the lady serving at breakfast time, other staff were quite rude and very unhelpful."

"The hotel exceeded out expectations. The room was well appointed. The bathroom was a great size and shower powerful. Signs of previous water damage on the ceiling. Bed was very comfortable. A kettle and a fan supplied though bring your own cups and coffee etc. The carpets were stained in places as were the walls and generally place could do with a small upgrade. This in no way has put me off and I would stay here and recommend it unreservedly. Staff were friendly. Didn’t try the breakfast. When you get there take lift to 7 th floor as this is where the reception is. A fantastic location right next to shopping areas. The windows were good enough that there was no problem with noise outside with the windows closed. Area is quiet at night with not a lot late bars etc. You’re right at the underground so travelling is easy. Great value for money"

"Fantastic location right in the heart of the shopping district ! Excellent for transport links with a bus stop right outside the entrance which would take you to all the highlights of the city ! Plenty of food options right on your door stop including McDonald’s and Burger King ! Clean bright hotel with good facilities and pleasant staff . Breakfast is available but we didn’t try it as we thought it was quite expensive at around 17 euros each . Plent of coffee shops within walking distance offering better value for money . We would definitely stay here again"
