"We loved how close this hotel was to everything. The room was perfect for a family of 4. We loved our view of the city from our room. The only issue was in the breakfast area one of the hostess was very unkind to our family when we were trying to figure things out. Overall, the hotel was amazing and would recommend."

"Excellent location with underground and main train stations within a 10 / 15 minute walk. Very vibrant location with lots of shops, bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Very clean shower are, I would go as far as saying spotless. Just as an observation, the reception has dozens of fancy light fittings, not one of the bulbs wasn’t working, this very minor details, but shows the management is on the ball, looking at every detail, so if this works, everything will! Very good breakfast with lovely staff, so nice to come down to staff that actually want to make your stay pleasant and a lot of more experience hotels could learn from this Premier!!! Excellent staff, from the desk to house keepers. Nice bar area that serves food and a good selection of drinks, with a 50% off drinks from 4 to 6pm bonus :-) Storage for luggage on your last day. Noting the main rail station to the airport is about a 15 minute easy walk with a case. Restaurants to visit: Look for Hofbrau Wirtshaus Berlin, live German music and excellent food, very very large place, a must visit. A couple of streets down from the hotel. Gasthaus Mutter Hope, Rathausstrabe Very reasonable quieter restaurant, typically German. Oldest restaurant in Berlin, Zur Leten Instanz, Waisenstrabe, very old, not the cheapest, but a great experience, worth a visit. For a coffee in the old area Creperie Bistro, Porpstrabe, in the court yard of the church, ideal for people watching, while sitting in rustic covered seating areas. All in walking distance from the hotel."

"Hotel was in a great location, staff very friendly, only issue we had was there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom area, reported it to the Hotel and they said maintenance would have a look at it, unfortunately it was not resolved, Room 253"
