"Very sad experience. We went for a couple days on vacation. The very first day we already gave them a heads Up because one of the windows was broken and did not close, no one showed up in the 5 days we spent there. One day, It rained so heavy, that floor and beds were soaked. They dont clean the rooms NEVER, we even had to ask to have toilet paper and fresh towels, and I'm pretty sure they didn't ever clean the bathroom after the previous visitors. Wouldn't recommend to anyone."

"We booked a room at this hotel and realized just one minute later that we had accidentally selected dates one month later than intended. We contacted them immediately to change the dates, and we were assured that we could stay at the hotel this month and that the issue would be resolved afterward. We stayed at the hotel, but they did not refund the payment that was made by mistake. As a result, we stayed for one night but ended up paying twice. This is a very unprofessional attitude toward customers."

"Had a good experience for two nights in a single room. The room was clean, quiet and modern, had a huge TV inside and the Wifi was working well. Staff was friendly and the location with the Alexanderplatz station nearby is great to explore the city. Plenty restaurants and cafés are nearby as well."
