"The location of the hotel is very good, the staff is friendly and tried to help, the food is good, but I found problems in the room type requested and with the heat, which was not working well even after trying to fix. Rooms facing the avenue side aver very noisy."

It was great to see familiar faces - Aaron, who always made our mornings so bright. We also had wonderful interactions with Guilia, Oahn, Tony, and Rosalia. Indeed, everyone treated us with such hospitality. The front desk team (including Celine, Marlon, Innesa) also went out of their way to assist us with packages. "This is a big hotel and seems busy all the time. The room smelled like wet dog, a bit stuffy in the bathroom, but it was gone quick after airing. There were 2 phones which seem silly. A very small door leads to a small bathroom, bigger people won't like it. It is very loud to get the doors to close. For the whole 6 nights we were there, they didn't change sheets. Water pressure at the sink is high so watch out. The room overall seemed clean and the mattrasses were firm, there is a safe in the closet space, also an iron. The aircon works well thankfully during the heatwave, but it's noisy, there are also weird plumbing sounds in the bathroom. We got complimentary drinks at the bar. The fridge in the room wasn't cold enough. We booked 2 rooms, but only 1 room had bottles of water and chocolates to welcome you. You get a standard soft pillow, but there is a pillow menu available. There is a proper sized desk, coffee/tea, cups and glasses. The hotel has a wellness area, but we didn't use it. The breakfast was good, they had 2 sides to sit so also 2 buffets, one is bigger, but had the same stuff layed out. Outside the hotel is a busy street, so always noisy, but luckily we had 2 rooms looking at the backside of the hotel although some nights we heard the neighbours very loud and clear especially when people talk in the corridors and slam their doors. So it's totally not soundproof. The darkening curtains still let light through the cracks, like most hotels, they don't seem to be able to close them so well. Parking is expensive, so you can choose to park at nearby garages."
