Holiday Inn Toulouse Airport

"I booked two nights in this hotel for my godson and his mother as the boy is mad about planes and wanted to visit Airbus and aeroscopie. They were using public transport. The first issue was that they didn't manage to get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. This MAY have been because my friend only speaks a little French and her English isn't excellent, especially on the phone. Anyway they walked with their suitcase in the extreme heat from the airport to the hotel. On arrival, they were met by a surly receptionist. She mistook their booking for a one night stay, which naturally concerned them, then she could find no trace of the arrangements I had made to have meals and other sundry expenses charged to my card, and I think that they paid for dinner themselves. She made no effort to make them feel welcome, and they were left wondering if it was because they are black!!! I called the hotel, and was assured that my instructions had been found and that everything was in order. However, on the last day there was again a query about charging everything to my card. This time however the receptionist (a man) was pleasant and he sorted everything without making my friends feel uncomfortable. The room was very nice, the beds were very comfortable and the pool pleasant. BUT some members of staff need training in customer service."

"We stayed in a very spacious and modern room for four, which was also clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, giving us a late checkout as we arrived late after a long car ride. We didn't try the pool (which looked great) neither the breakfast. We appreciated the free parking available. The hotel was near the airport, but the noise impact was none."

"It was pleasant stay in at the hotel the staff were very helpful and available day and night from the front desk to the bar or at the restaurant at any time you find a helpful member, one piece to call outside you feel it insight it is like the room can not really warm up"
