Funky hotel in Toulouse’s eco-district

This trendy hotel resides in the Cartoucherie district of Toulouse, where a former industrial zone has been transformed into a modern, eco-friendly area with lots of green spaces, pedestrian walkways and cycling lanes.

With multiple tram and bus stops just a few steps away and a couple of metro stations within a 15-20 minute stroll, the neighbourhood is very well connected to other parts of the city via public transport. In 20 minutes or so, you can be marvelling at the resplendent buildings that line the main square (Place du Capitole), strolling through the tranquil Jardin Japonais, or snapping pictures of the many attractive terracotta buildings for which Toulouse is so renowned.

Back at the hotel, there’s a bar, restaurant and even a small grocery store and a shared kitchen where you can cook for yourself if you fancy. You can look forward to a satisfying buffet breakfast in the morning, featuring fresh bread, pastries, cereals, fruit and plenty more, so you’ll be well set up for the day ahead.

Expect clean, comfortable and minimalist-style rooms with a TV, Wi-Fi access and individually temperature control.

Find out more about Toulouse City

Known as the ‘Ville Rose’, thanks to the glow of its streets in the sunshine, Toulouse is a glittering gem in southern France. The architecture and beautiful streets are just the beginning of the story on a holiday to Toulouse. Excellent museums tell the tales of Toulouse’s past, display examples of the region’s culture and entertain visitors with their exhibits. With around a two-hour flight time from London, you could be enjoying some of the region’s best wines in a Toulouse square in no time. Walk around Toulouse’s Jardin Japonais to see wildlife such as turtles and birds without leaving the city. Whether you’re sightseeing, wine tasting or exploring the historic buildings, we think you’ll love Toulouse as much as we do.
