"Very disappointing stay. When I arrived, the first room had a blocked sink, so the water would not drain. I asked to change rooms and went out to visit the city. When I came back, I found that the new room had no trash bin and no soap. During the night, I woke up because of bed bugs. I took photos and showed them to the receptionist, and they moved me to another room. Unfortunately, the third room also had several problems. The window would not open or close properly, the blind was broken, and there was still no trash bin, no soap, or other basic amenities. Even the toilet paper was not replaced regularly. The ventilation did not work properly, so the room became very hot. In summer, it would be difficult to stay in these rooms. The hotel is also far from the city centre, near the Kehl border. You need to take tram D to get to Strasbourg. I cannot recommend this hotel."

"The location is great. It’s very close to the Christmas market with restaurants nearby. On the other hand, the rooms were not cheap, and as the roads near the hotel were closed, it’s quite a walk from the nearest parking to the hotel. We booked one double room and one twin room. The twin room was spacious, with a relatively big window and bathroom. The double room is much smaller, with a small window up the wall which we can’t reach, and the double bed is very small. There’s a free coffee machine at the ground floor. Not particularly impressed."

"The room was very small. We paid extra to have a private bathroom, but the sink was tiny. The room itself was clean, and the staff was nice. There isn't a whole lot to do around the hotel but the city of Kehl is a short tram ride away and the number 2 bus can bring you towards the city center. Overall not a bad stay."
