"We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Monopole Métropole in Strasbourg. We arrived very late in the evening and were met with the super helpful night manager. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is excellent, providing a wide variety of hot and cold North American and Strasbourgian food options. A very nice touch was the towel swan sculpture arranged on our bed to celebrate our special occasion. It was a thoughtful gesture that was much appreciated! The hotel location is perfect, as it's an easy 5 minute walk (300 m) from the main train station, and also central to the old city's attractions. The hospitality and attention to detail, breakfast, and location are excellent. Recommended!"

"A very well-located and comfortable hotel, an easy walk between the railway station and Le Petit France district, making it an ideal base for Christmas Markets and day trips to other towns. The rooms are a good size, very clean, modern, well-decorated and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is the price of breakfast given what's available, should you want it. We would recommend eating breakfast out of the hotel. We would definitely consider staying here again."
