Hotel ibis Rennes Centre Gare Sud

"I stayed overnight from 4th to 5th of June 2026. I paid over Ibis.com 185 euros for the night. It should be less than half according to regular ibis. Wifi connexion was terrible and it ruined an important meeting. So I do not recommend for business. Room is more like a 60 euros hotel and I am traveling 250 days a year as an executive"

"We had to catch a 5.55 am train to Nantes so we handed in our Avis rental car the night before and stayed at the hotel. This is exactly what you want in a hotel for a quick stay. Efficient, friendly checkin staff, a clean but smallest room, great location next to train station, two minute walk. Rather garish decorating scheme. Great overnight stopover hotel but wouldn't recommend for more than a night."

"The hotel is a one minute walk from the train station entrance. There are a handful of restaurants down the hill on the other side of the station (5 minute walk). There are also a few good places to eat inside the station. Our room was basic and clean, just what was needed for an overnight stay before getting on the train the next morning. The WiFi was excellent."
