"One night stay only. I could not recommend this place for longer. Ignore the photos of the restaurant and the lovely meals they provide. They do not. We arrived to after a long drive expecting a meal from the wonderful kitchen!. The restaurant is not open. It’s not the first time if you read previous reviews. WiFi is useless and the basic facility of room tea and coffee facilities do not exist. The room toilet is too small. It’s like sitting in a tight box. Towels have had there day. Drinks at the bar are expensive. Book else where for your money this is not good value. Staff are friendly"

"The staff sounded very cheerful in excellent English when I was told the restaurant was closed Saturday and Sunday. This is not mentioned anywhere on the website. I had chosen this hotel because of the restaurant. The reception staff found a lovely local restaurant which compensated a little, but we had to drive to it so one of us couldn't have a drink. The breakfast buffet is excellent the best feature of the hotel. The second day we returned in the afternoon to find that our room had not been cleaned or serviced. We are assured that this would be done while we had a drink on the terrace. It didn't happen at all. We were apparently the only guests staying on from the Saturday to the Sunday night and the staff really couldn't be bothered. We won't be going there again. "
