Eklo Paris Roissy Cdg Airport

"I booked this hotel through Easyjet Holidays. I went for the price, sadly. As the saying goes you only get what you pay for! I arrived on Friday afternoon before the check in time of 3pm and was told I could get my room immediately if i paid 20 euros, which I did not. The room though clean was not uplifting. No kettle either. My room was overlooking a building site. Breakfast is a free for all where you boil your own eggs...🙄 At least the croissants were hot. For a hotel that I presume caters for people from many countries the reception staff only seem to speak one language....FRENCH and most of the time they looked as if they could not be bothered. There is no metro station nearby and the only thing of interest is Aeroville Shopping Mall. On the Saturday afternoon, I had dozed off and a stranger entered my room . Then someone from reception came up to say I was not on their system ! Funny that (not) because they found me quick enough to take my 40 plus euros on arrival (incase I trashed the room ) Luckily I print everything when I go on holiday so I had my Easyjet details on paper. I have worked in hotels and even being there for only 4 nights, my towels should have been changed and my rubbish taken away. None of this happened! I had to ask a cleaner for more toilet roll as was only given half a roll to do the length of my stay. My skin is bitten to hell, from I presume was bed bugs (judging from another review here) I now also have a severe stomach bug 😔 My flight home on Tuesday was not until 9pm but I left the hotel at 10am with their shuttle to get the hell out of this pig pen! Paris is a very special place for me, but on this my third visit I have nothing but horrendous memories to recall. Thank god i was only there 4 nights !!!!!!"

"We spent one night at Eklo Roissy in order to take the plane the next morning. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The room are kind of little but it was clean and comfortable. In addition, they have an airport shuttle to take to you to the terminal 2. The hotel price and the airport shuttle price is attractive. I definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay."

"First: this is a motel, not a hotel. Doors open to the outdoors. Waited 20 minutes at the front desk before checking in, not even an apology from the front desk staff. The room (classic) is tiny. “Bedside table” literally fits my phone and absolutely nothing else. Zero storage, luggage barely fit in the room. You can barely walk in the bathroom with the door closed. No space on bathroom counter. No glasses or cups or anything. Water in the shower fluctuated from scalding to freezing without warning. No air conditioning. Our room was at 29 degrees. When I went down to ask whether there was anything we could do, staff were completely unhelpful. I even asked if I could have another fan for our room and was told no. Staff were smoking immediately outside the front desk on the pathway to the elevator. If you’re looking for a shoebox this is the place for you. If not, seriously go anywhere else."
