Eklo Paris Roissy Cdg Airport

"We spent one night at Eklo Roissy in order to take the plane the next morning. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The room are kind of little but it was clean and comfortable. In addition, they have an airport shuttle to take to you to the terminal 2. The hotel price and the airport shuttle price is attractive. I definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay."

"First: this is a motel, not a hotel. Doors open to the outdoors. Waited 20 minutes at the front desk before checking in, not even an apology from the front desk staff. The room (classic) is tiny. “Bedside table” literally fits my phone and absolutely nothing else. Zero storage, luggage barely fit in the room. You can barely walk in the bathroom with the door closed. No space on bathroom counter. No glasses or cups or anything. Water in the shower fluctuated from scalding to freezing without warning. No air conditioning. Our room was at 29 degrees. When I went down to ask whether there was anything we could do, staff were completely unhelpful. I even asked if I could have another fan for our room and was told no. Staff were smoking immediately outside the front desk on the pathway to the elevator. If you’re looking for a shoebox this is the place for you. If not, seriously go anywhere else."

"Where do I start with this review. First of all the reception wasn’t really a place, just an extension of the bar in a rather seedy open room blaring loud music. Then the 3rd floor room was found along a bleak open corridor. The room was a pod rather than a real hotel room, and for this price one would expect more. My partner was going to join me the next day, and with a fractured leg, there is no way we would have been able to manipulate us, let alone luggage in this closet. I did finally start sleeping around midnight with music still in force, exhausted from a long travel day, but was woken an hour later with severe itching on my arms. Alarmed that this could be an infestation, I turned on a light to find a bedbug crawling on the sheet. I did murder it resulting in splattered blood on the sheet. I tried briefly to sleep some more, but with the same awakening and a few more bugs coming to attend his funeral. I opened computer, booked a room at a hotel I knew from prior experience was reliable and left EKLO at 3 AM in a taxi at my own expense. The receiving hotel was accommodating for the next day and stored my luggage without problems Do NOT think of going to this hotel if you value your health, sanity or sleep. Zero stars in the only rating."
