Hotel 34B Astotel

"I cant say enough great things about Hotel 34B! This hotel knows the meaning of customer hospitality and service, and at a very reasonable price. It was a home away from home, and a warm hug at the end of a long day. My teenage daughter and I travelled to Paris for the first time in January from Australia. I was perplexed by the number of hotel options in Paris and locations best suited for moving about the sites. This hotel caught my eye because I studied art and I loved the quirky but tastefully Paris themed decor, as well as the affordability and location. Hotel 34B covered everything a base needed when visiting the sites of Paris. In close proximity from the hotel you had unlimited restaurants, brasseries and bars, a supermarket only 30m away, and a coin laundry in the next street (Don't be fooled by the 24/7 sign on the coin laundry it closes at 10pm on the dot). We almost left Paris without our clothes). We did take Ubers back to the hotel if we were out late, never the train. The metro and buses are minutes away from the hotel. A ten minute walk to the Paris Opera, Galleries Lafayette and 30 mins to Montmartre, the Louvre and Seine. Very easy to get around and busy. Lovely areas to wander close by. Every morning a lovely selection of food filled us up for the day and when we returned back there was always drinks and basic snack on offer at no extra charge, so you were never looking for a drink after a long day out. Our mini bar was stocked each night with a selection of drinks included in the room cost. We didn't return until quite late every evening and for the most part welcomed on arrival. There was an older gentlemen who was not so friendly, but in general the staff were more than accommodating and friendly. Id also like to give a big shout out to the staff at breakfast who were very polite and helpful everyday. If I had anything negative to say - the carpets on the floor looked very run down and probably cheapened the look of a terrific hotel. I want to say thank you for making our Paris visit so perfect. xo"

"Very clean rooms, noise level is totally ok, all emloyees were very kind. Location is very good, near to metro, around were a lot of restoraunts and caffes. In the room we had a mini bar, and every day we were given us a 5 different drins for free. Highly recommended!"

"A very nice hotel, which provides a point of relaxation in the middle of the busy streets of Paris. The room we had was wonderful for a family, with 1 room for the kids and 1 for me. Very clean hotel with very nice and helpful staff. You practically hear nothing from the street, when you keep your windows shut. And with the airconditioning it is also very comfortable in summer. With the metro closeby and the complementary drinks and snacks in the afternoon, it makes a very good and affordable base to explore Paris from."
