"Great hotel, great location, great staff, great breakfast. Atmosphere was elegant. rooms were spacious. Had a wheelchair and we were given a wet room for ease of use. Extremely clean. Staff was informative and provided excellent options for food and sight seeing. Breakfast was included which was a huge buffet with an omelette station."

"Delighted with the exceptional 4 night stay at this grand and historical Intercontinental hotel Le Grand hotel located at the heart of central Paris. Hotel was conveniently at doorstep of RER Auber & Opera Metro. Excellent club lounge offering all day champagne and wine. Good selection of food items available for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening hours. This was manned by an excellent team who are eager to please and make your stay comfortable. Lovely rooms were huge and well appointed with all amenities. Housekeeping did a great job up-keeping and I appreciate the evening turn down service. Bed was comfortable and a nice place to return to after a day out in the city. Much enjoyed daily breakfast at Cafe de la Paix with a table by the window. This is a popular and high demand restaurant which normally sees huge public queues and crowd for lunch and dinner. Couple of personalised touch points and interactions I experienced here which really made this stay exceptional. This included: 1) Receiving the personal welcome note signed by Christophe Laure which came with a gift of bottle of champagne and sweet treats delivered right to the room after check in - this was a really nice touch 2) Outstanding, professional and ever smiling Lisa whom we met at Front Desk / Lounge left us with a very positive impression this stay. She warmly welcomed my wife and I during check in. As the room was not ready, Lisa personally escorted us to enjoy the club lounge, introducing us to each of the lounge staff while she took care of the logistics, making sure our room was ready and handed us our room cards. This was an exceptional stay at a fabulous property. Highly recommended and looking forward to be back."

"We had an incredible evening at the restaurant inside the Intercontinental Paris Le Grand during our recent trip with friends! The entire dining experience was completely fantastic from start to finish. A special mention has to go to Dima, the Maitre'd and Director of Food and Beverage, who made our night feel truly extraodinary. She was so attentive, warm, and professional, making sure our table had absolutely everything we needed. We felt in the best possible hands, and her entire staff was wonderfully welcoming and on point. The food was delicious and presented beautifully, matching the grandeur of this iconic hotel. Dima really is an extremely perfect host and hands down one of the best maitre'd figures we have ever encountered in Paris. If you are visiting, do not miss the chance to dine here. Five stars all the way!"
