Hilton Paris Opera

"I recently spent four wonderful days at the Hilton Opera after vacationing in the South of France and the French Riviera. This was my second stay, and once again, it exceeded every expectation. The location is incredibly convenient because the hotel sits right next to Gare Saint-Lazare and is just a short walk to Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, and several other great shops and cafés. A minor room issue was resolved immediately, and the staff remained consistently professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. Breakfast was excellent each morning, and I especially appreciated the fresh ginger shots. A thoughtful server even poured mine into a beautiful glass each day. For travelers who may be unsure about transportation, I highly recommend using Uber rather than taxis. Even though the hotel is close to many places, I had one taxi try to drop me at the wrong hotel and charge me twenty-five euros for what should have been a four-minute walk. This does not reflect on the Hilton Opera at all, but it is helpful advice for anyone navigating Paris for the first time. Special thanks to the amazing staff for their exceptional hospitality and for creating a truly memorable stay. I love Paris, and staying at the Hilton Opera made my trip even more special. "We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Opéra. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional customer service and made us feel genuinely welcome. Unfortunately, one of our bags was accidentally left behind at the airport. The hotel immediately stepped in and arranged to have it collected for us. Although it arrived after we had already departed for Switzerland, the team went above and beyond by organizing for our luggage to be shipped directly to our next hotel. That level of care and attention truly exceeded our expectations and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless experience. The food at the lobby bar was also excellent, making it a great spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Combined with the outstanding hospitality, our stay was memorable from start to finish. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris."

"Service at this property is severely lacking. The front desk is unresponsive to calls late at night, and don't expect any help with your luggage—regardless of the time of day. Even with several staff members present, they tend to remain behind the desk and ignore guests struggling with heavy bags. If you stay here, be prepared to handle everything yourself from check-in to check-out."
