"I booked this property through Booking.com. They tried to charge an undisclosed €200 fee. When I presented proof that their own support agent (Arjem M, Case #6101351448) admitted the fee was hidden, the hotel/Booking RESPONDED BY CANCELLING MY RESERVATION 3 months before my trip! This is a retaliatory move to avoid accountability for their fraud. They are dishonest and will leave you stranded if you challenge their hidden costs. Avoid this place at all costs!"

"⭐ 1 Star This hotel was absolutely terrible. We traveled all the way from Sweden, and when we arrived at around 10 PM, we were told that our room was no longer available because it had been given to another guest. This is completely unacceptable. What makes it even worse is that we were never informed in advance. The hotel didn’t call or notify us at all. We even tried calling them earlier because we had a bad feeling, but they didn’t answer. When we arrived, there were around ten other families outside the hotel who were also not let in by the hotel manager, even though they all had valid reservations. After speaking with them, we realized the exact same thing had happened to everyone. As a result, we were left stranded late at night and had to search for another place to stay. It was extremely stressful, and we didn’t manage to find a new hotel until very late in the night. This completely ruined our experience. Extremely poor management, no responsibility, and no respect for guests. I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone."
