Hotel Plaza Elysees

"Where do I even start? The staff and front desk employees are extremely aggressive, often shouting at guests. They are never helpful, never smile, and seem constantly angry. I had the worst stay unclean romm with insects and dust During my stay, the elevator was not working, and one staff member had the audacity to shout at me and wave his hands, insisting that I carry my own luggage downstairs . The rooms are never properly cleaned. Upon arrival, my room was full of insects. I complained several times, but nothing was done to address the issue. The housekeeping staff were also unfriendly and seemed annoyed whenever approached. Everyone at this property appears angry and unwelcoming. I would strongly advise against staying here. I can hardly call this a hotel—it feels more like a hostel, and certainly not one that deserves even a one-star rating."

I had a great experience thanks to the two employees. They were both incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I walked in. They made the check-in process smooth and went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable and taken care of. Their positive attitude and helpfulness really set the tone for my visit. Merci!"
