The highlight of Élysée is taking a walk down what has become known as ‘the most beautiful avenue in the world’. Running nearly two kilometres between the 3000-year-old Obelisk of Luxor and the impressive neoclassical Arc de Triomphe, there’s lots to see along the way.
Beyond the avenue, Élysée is a popular, tourist-friendly area that makes an excellent base for exploring Paris's best bits. There’s a huge choice of luxurious Élysée hotels and excellent public transport. Best of all, you’re right in the heart of all the city centre action.
