"Great location, very nice staff, comfortable bed, good aircon, so a very positive experience all in all. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that, the bathroom is small, very small, but I was only there for 1 night and wasn't too much of an issue, I'd still happily stay here again."

"The room was stunning but definitely on the smaller side (my specific room). But I loved being there. Everything felt so sophisticated and luxurious. Because of the size of the room, when opening our suitcases we had no choice but to put it on the bed because there isn’t much floor space… this wasn’t an issue for us, but I can see how one might not love putting a potentially dirty suitcase on the bed. The location was unmatched with the arc de triomphe right around the corner and amazing food options all around the place. The public transport is so close as well, so it was very easy for us to explore. The one thing I would warn you about is the shower. I did think the provided body wash was a little small (two small tubes were provided) so I think depending on your stay, bring your own so you don’t feel you have to ration. Also be wary about the shower. It is small and water will get pretty much everywhere, it’s pretty unavoidable but it wasn’t much of a problem. I honestly loved this place and missed it instantly after checking out. 100% would come back!"

"Service here is sooooo poor it's not even funny. We stayed in this hotel for 5 days in the middle of June and our room doesn't have AC!!! I've complained about it several times to the receptionists who are rotating and all of them just promised us, but didn't follow through, that someone will check and fix it. From day 1 to the day we left we didn't have relaxing sleep, if we could go to sleep at all! We always leave the hotel very late in the morning (when we should be up and about very early because there are lots of places to visit) because we're trying to recover lost sleep even for a few hours. I am writing this while sweating in this hotel because of non-functional AC! We even asked for electric fans if they can't fix the air conditioning but they said they don't have fans. For the price we paid for 5 days, this is really unacceptable service. I didn't feel like we're very welcomed because nobody seemed to care that our room feels like an oven!"
