"We were really disappointed with our stay. From the moment we arrived, the reception felt unfriendly and unwelcoming, which set the tone straight away. The room was incredibly small and crammed with far too much furniture, making it feel even tighter than it already was. The sheets also felt damp, which was really unpleasant. The breakfast was another letdown. It is advertised as a buffet, but in reality it is more like a very basic continental breakfast. The eggs were inedible, the cold cuts looked like they had been sitting out for far too long, and the fruit salad looked like it had come straight from a tin. The location is convenient if you want to be near the Arc de Triomphe, but unfortunately that is about the only positive we could find. We would not recommend staying here."

"We would definitely choose a different hotel next time. I’ll start off with the positives. Location was nice (although we would stay closer to the Eiffel Tower next time) and the room was cleaned every day. We thought housekeeping did a great job and did feel like the room was very clean. This is a no frills hotel for the price. You get absolutely nothing extra or special. The room was TINY. We were down a narrow hallway and our room view was a small courtyard, you were basically looking at walls. Shower soap was extremely cheap and watered down, you had to put your shampoo on the shower floor due to no shelves in the shower stall. The towels were very thin and the bed pillows were very small. My biggest complaint is for a smaller “boutique” hotel, you would think the front desk would be really friendly. We were never greeted when we walked in each night walking right past the desk (he didn’t even look up). We always said “Bonjour” anyway. I don’t usually write negative reviews but felt it necessary to give people a heads up. There are too many hotels in Paris to choose this one."

"hotel ceramic champ elysee l had an injury when their body shampoo disposal fell on my my foot while taking shower causing cellulitis inflammation swelling and immobility due to pain. We chat with the hotel manager and responded that we will buy all the needed medicine and only reimburse 100 euro. l demanded that they ask their hotel doctor give prescription for my injury. instead they want me to go to hospital for check up etc. The hotel is not fit to any tourist be careful if injury happens the hotel manager wont even talk to you. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. unless you want to risk this problem. read this message twice so you would know better. Cheap is not always safe but not all cheap is not respectful courteous and helpfull. l was expecting more help from them a hotel doctor for instance is very helpful."
