"The most beautiful hotel. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning in the future. We had the pleasure of being checked in and shown around by Enzo, and I must say, it was the friendliest hotel staff we think we have ever encountered. They couldn’t do more to make us feel comfortable. The hotel room was even more beautiful than the photos online, and we even had a little Eiffel Tower view which was such a nice surprise. Everything was very clean, spacious and comfortable. If you are looking for a hotel that is central, this one is perfect. 10/10."

"Without a doubt, Hotel Balzac was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. From the moment I arrived, everything was exceptional. The front desk, check-in process, and the attention throughout my entire stay were truly outstanding. The service feels very personal and genuinely thoughtful. A special thank you to Enzo, who truly made a difference during my stay. Since I was traveling solo, he went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. He gave me wonderful recommendations, explained everything about the hotel, showed me the spa and fitness center, and was always attentive to the smallest details. He was an incredible concierge and a true reflection of the level of service this hotel provides. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the drinks at the bar were excellent as well. My room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was excellent, and the amenities were great. The entire experience felt refined, warm, and genuinely personalized. This is what exceptional hospitality should feel like. I would recommend Hotel Balzac without hesitation.
